Fauna is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WildWorks, Inc. or Animal Jam. Animal Jam and Animal Jam Classic are trademarks of WildWorks, Inc.
Version 2026-10-24. These terms apply to the Fauna server at gta6rp.co.uk, its website and its client.
1. Who we are
Fauna is a privately operated, non-commercial game research and testing environment run by an individual based in the European Union ("we"). It is offered free of charge for development, evaluation, testing and community feedback. Participation does not create employment, compensation or ownership rights. We are not WildWorks and have no relationship with them. If you want the official game, it is at animaljam.com.
General contact: contact@faunarealm.com. Legal and privacy contact: contact@faunarealm.com.
2. Who may participate
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to the use of your personal data on your own, you must be at least that age.
- Fauna is not directed at children and has no way to collect a parent's consent. If you are under the age above, do not create an account.
By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. We delete accounts that we learn belong to someone under the required age.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Keep your recovery email current. We use it only to send one-time password or 2FA recovery links.
- You can delete your account at any time on your account page.
4. Rules
Fauna permits testers to explore experimental features, including free chat. In return you agree not to:
- harass, threaten or bully anyone, or post hateful or sexual content;
- share anyone's personal information, including your own contact details where it puts you at risk;
- scam other players;
- put another player in danger in any way, in the game or outside it;
- pretend to be staff, use a name or content meant to offend, or get around a ban;
- attack, overload or probe the server without written authorisation, misuse exploits, or interfere with other testers' use of it;
- use Fauna for anything unlawful.
5. Moderation
- Chat and whispers are stored for a limited time so that moderators can review reports. See the Privacy Policy.
- Moderators and the administrator may silence or ban an account, reject a username, remove content, or ban an address, with or without notice, when these terms are broken or the server needs protecting.
- Putting another player in danger leads to the account being closed.
- We may also suspend or close any account at our discretion, for any reason, including reasons not listed in these terms.
- If you are banned you are told the reason and can appeal once on your account page.
6. Your content
You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in original content you create or submit (including chat, bios, Jam-A-Grams, wall posts, paintings and den layouts). You allow us to store it and show it to other players as the game requires, for as long as it is on the server. Do not post anything you have no right to share.
7. The game and its content
Animal Jam-related game assets, artwork, music, characters, names and other third-party materials remain the property of WildWorks, Inc. or their respective rights holders. Fauna does not claim ownership of those materials or grant any rights in them. Original Fauna-created code, branding, documentation and other independently developed materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms. Items, currency and anything else you hold in the game have no monetary value and can be changed, reset or removed at any time.
8. No guarantees
Fauna is provided as it is, without any warranty. It may be unavailable, lose data, change or shut down permanently at any time and without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Ending and changes
- You may stop using Fauna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account as set out in section 5.
- We may update these terms. The version and date at the top will change, and significant changes will be announced in the game or on this site before they apply. If you do not agree, stop using Fauna and delete your account.
- These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state where the operator is based, without affecting the consumer protections of the country where you live.
10. Research, confidentiality and security
- Fauna is an independently operated research and testing project. Features, systems, accounts and stored game progress may change as development continues.
- Testers may provide voluntary bug reports, feedback and suggestions. By submitting feedback, you permit Fauna to use it to investigate problems and improve the service, without transferring ownership of any underlying third-party material.
- Non-public source code, credentials, security configurations, private administrative information and research materials disclosed to you in confidence must not be published or shared without permission. This does not restrict information already lawfully public, independently developed, or disclosures protected or required by law.
- Access to the game does not authorise penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, exploitation, interference with other accounts or attempts to access private infrastructure. Security testing requires prior written permission defining its scope.
- If you discover a suspected vulnerability, report it privately to contact@faunarealm.com with sufficient detail for investigation. Do not access unrelated data, disrupt the service or publicly disclose sensitive technical details while a report is being assessed. Nothing here prevents lawful reporting to regulators, authorities or other legally protected disclosures.
- Fauna's independent research status does not imply affiliation with WildWorks or permission to use intellectual property belonging to another rights holder.
